Enterobius vermicular is a parasite can lead to inflammation and symptoms in rare cases however it can manifest as ulceration in colon which may mimic tubercular ulcer. A 40-year-oldman presented with pain abdomen. The pathologic findings confirmed the diagnosis of E. vermicularis in the colonic biopsy.
